- Request to Change Exterior (Architectural Review Form)
Required before any exterior change. Fillable on screen, but it must be signed. Submit through the Tessier architectural review portal - see the instructions below the list. Allow up to 4 weeks for a decision.
- Conditions for Approval (submit with your request)
Must be signed and submitted with every exterior change request. Revised May 2022.
