    Architectural Review Committee

    Reviews owner requests to change the exterior appearance of a home or lot - additions, paint colours, fences, driveways and landscaping - against the Declaration and the Architectural Guidelines, and recommends approval or denial to the board.

    Rules and Regulations Committee

    Reviews and proposes updates to the community Rules and Regulations, and advises the board on enforcement matters including parking, trash collection, unauthorised vehicles and curb appeal.
